Frequently Asked Questions

How much is it to attend?

Zero. Literally nothing. We mean it. If that's not tempting enough, there's food.

Who can attend?

Any student! As long as you're passionate about building and learning, your background or experience doesn't matter.

How do teams work?

Teams are around 5 people. It's not necessary to have a team before the event, we'll give you plenty of time to form one if you don't have one yet.

What should I bring?

Please bring a student ID along with anything that would help you hack. A laptop, charger, mouse and keyboard, anything else you might want to use in a hack.

How should I act?

Although we all want to have fun, we don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable, so please abide by the MLH Code of Conduct.

What if I want to help?

We'd love your help!
